Qualifications

Enthusiasm for working in the construction industry
Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively
Basic understanding of construction processes is a plus

Requirements

Strong passion for the construction and paving industry
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience in asphalt paving, concrete paving, crack sealing, drainage installation, excavation and grading, line painting, snow removal and salting, landscaping, swimming pools, etc, is a plus.
